NetMirror Web & APK: How to Use on FireStick, Android TV, and More

In this guide, I will show you how to use the NetMirror web service on PC and macOS. I will also provide the steps to get the APK version of NetMirror for your Android-based devices (including FireStick, Android TV, Google TV, and Smartphones).

NetMirror is a free streaming service that lets you watch movies and shows. It is said to be a mirror of Netflix, which is why it is called that.

AI Disclosure: Some parts of this guide use AI for repetitive or structural tasks. Reviews, testing, screenshots, and editorial opinions are based on human testing and experience, not AI. Learn more.

This service is not listed in verified app stores such as the Amazon Store or Google Play. Therefore, it must be sideloaded or installed manually.

There are two ways to watch:

  1. Netmirror web version that you can access in a browser.
  2. Netmirror APK that you can install on any Android-based device

The NetMirror also says that you can use this service on iOS devices using an app called Dodo – Webview (officially available on the Apple App Store). However, the described method did not work on our iPhones. The workaround is to use the web version in a browser.

How to Use NetMirror Web

I have found two URLs of NetMirror:

  • https://netmirror.app (old)
  • https://netmirror.gg (new)

1. Both redirect you to https://netmirror.gg/1/en, and the page looks like this. You must click Go to Home to proceed.

2. You are redirected to net20.cc/verify, where you are prompted to click the CAPTCHA. Click “I am not a robot” to continue.

3. Sign in with email usually shows an SMTP error. Therefore, signing in with Google may be the only option. It’s best not to share your primary email address with third-party sites. Instead, I recommend creating a completely new Google address to maintain privacy and avoid spam.

sign in

4. Once you are signed in, you are redirected to the website’s home screen. You can start streaming now. If you scroll down a bit, it says the site link will change every month. I will update the new link here as soon as there is any change.

How to Install NetMirror on Android TV and Google TV

Again, NetMirror must be sideloaded onto your Android TV because it is not on the Play Store. I am using Google TV Streamer 4K for the steps and screenshots below. Your device may have a slightly different interface, but all Android TVs share many similarities.

Here are the steps:

1. Install the Downloader app from the Play Store (go to Apps > Search). Open Downloader and type the Downloader code 3254496 or enter the URL netmirror.gg.

type the downloader code

The remaining steps are identical to those on FireStick.

4. A webpage will open. Scroll down and click Android TV.

click android tv

5. Click Download APK.

6. Wait for the download to complete and then click Install (the first time users are prompted to enable the Unknown Apps setting for Downloader. Follow the on-screen prompts to change the setting.)

click install

7. Click Done to delete the installation file.

Install NetMirror APK on Windows & Mac

NetMirror does not have a dedicated desktop app. Therefore, an Android emulator is required, which is a software tool that lets you run Android apps on Windows & macOS.

BlueStacks is arguably the most popular Android emulator, and we will use it to get NetMirror APK on your computer.

1. Get BlueStacks and downlaod the NetMirror APK by following these steps:

  • Go to the BlueStacks Official Website bluestacks.com. Download and install the app on your computer.
  • Go to the website netmirror.gg, scroll down, and click Android.
  • Click the download button on the page to download the NetMirror APK file to your computer.

FAQs

What is NetMirror?
NetMirror is a free streaming service that provides movies and TV shows through a website and an Android APK. It is not available on official app stores.

Is NetMirror available on the Amazon App Store or Google Play Store?
No. NetMirror is not listed on verified app stores. It must be accessed through a web browser or installed manually using the APK.

Can I use NetMirror on iPhone or iPad?
There is no native iOS app for NetMirror. While the website mentions an iOS workaround using a third-party app, it did not work in our testing. The most reliable option on iOS is to use the web version in a browser.

Do I need to create an account to use NetMirror?
Yes. NetMirror requires you to sign in before streaming. Email sign-in often fails, so Google sign-in may be the only working option. It is advisable to use a secondary Google account for privacy.

Why does NetMirror keep changing its domain?
Streaming sites like NetMirror often change domains to stay accessible. If the current link stops working, a new one is usually introduced.

Is NetMirror free to use?
Yes. NetMirror does not charge a subscription fee at the time of writing.

Does NetMirror work on FireStick and Android TV?
Yes. NetMirror works on FireStick, Android TV, and Google TV, but it must be sideloaded using the Downloader app.

Is a VPN required to use NetMirror?
A VPN is not required to access the service, but many users prefer using one when accessing third-party streaming sites for privacy reasons.

Why am I seeing CAPTCHA or verification pages?
NetMirror uses verification pages to filter automated traffic. You must complete the CAPTCHA to proceed to the streaming site.

Can I download movies or shows from NetMirror?
NetMirror is primarily designed for streaming. Download options, if present, are inconsistent and may not work reliably.

Conclusion

NetMirror offers free access to movies and TV shows through both a web interface and an Android app, making it compatible with a wide range of devices, including FireStick, Android TV, smartphones, and computers via emulators. However, it is not available on official app stores, requires manual installation on most devices, and operates in a legal gray area.

If you decide to use NetMirror, be aware of the privacy, security, and legality considerations discussed above. For users who prefer a simpler and more reliable experience, official streaming services remain the safest option.
